What an amazing experience for kids to just let go and have crazy fun! They have something for everyone here and the staff are great at letting the kids just play.

We were told because there was a non verbal kid who was autistic. He had more rights then other children. He wouldn't take turns, he hit others. Staff got bullied by his family and walked away. Horrible horrible

If you have kids, they will love Urban Air. There are so many fun things for kids to do and it's perfect for birthday parties. We had my daughter's party there and there was a host to help us, it was easy for the parents and super fun for the kids and since it's all indoors you don't have to worry about the weather. Most of the activities are optional for the parents as well so you can join in the fun with your kid or sit back and watch them wear themselves out lol. It's a little pricey but for the amount of fun things to do it's worth it, your kids will definitely enjoy themselves. FYI you need to sign a waver before you enter but it can be done online beforehand.

Everything was great except it’s run by teenagers and customer service could be better lol the problem isn’t the teenagers the problem is that they are not trained as well as they could be for excellent customer service. Excellent customer service is what brings people back

Really great place to be with the kids! Lots of fun and it’s never enough for kiddos

It was pretty good, my kids were playing fine but, the employees were so lazy and they ignored us. We had to wait 40 min. I would still recommend this place but just try to save your time.

First off why advertise with your membership you can get free food and can't? I was expecting pizza and popcorn with my membership and was told it stopped in Sept 2025? False Advertisement. Two times changed 4hrs only a day. Not enough staff.

Clean, lots of room and things to do for the kiddos. No TV for the adults if you happen to be there on a NFL Sunday. Does have private rooms for parties. Fill out the waiver in advance and you should have no issues. Have the kids keep their socks for next time too.

Paid a membership....two weeks later arrived with kids they had no record....i showed them ank charge and they had me call a corporate number with kids standing there for 1 hour I was on hold....gave up this place is terrible...if I could do lower than one star it would never come here manager said they would rather loose business than help

Wonderful staff

Please consider going somewhere else. We bought the platinum ticket that included the four extra attractions. All of them closed except go carts and they didn’t mention our girls couldn’t ride. Without an adult. Like what a waste of time. Go somewhere else.

The wait for the zipline and karts is over 30 minutes. One employee watching both rock climbing and laser tag so there is another long wait. We purchased the ultimate pass for 6 people and didn't get to enjoy it. It is just bunch of teens working this joint and they have no idea what do as they need to call someone over the phone for help when facing an issue. This place ia overrated! Will not be back
