Séjour très agréable, prestation de qualité

Magnifique hôtel dans un emplacement idéal avec personnel adorable . Seul le petit déjeuner reste un peu léger (peu de valeur ajouté par rapport à des hôtels de gamme inférieure)

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here on three separate trips - Prestige Room with grand view of Place Graslin 10/10 (wife very much enjoyed), Comfort Room with slight view of Place Graslin 9/10 (great for biz travel), and 5th floor with rooftop patio 8/10 (stairs/remote). All very comfortable. Central to my business meetings with many shops and restaurants adjacent.

Prestation de qualité et chambres très confortables. Le seul bémol étant le petit-déjeuner. La quantité de produit est très faible. Des produits n'ont jamais été réapprovisionnés. Dommage

Stayed in the Hotel for 2 nights. Very professional check in staff and the cocktail waiter was a delight. The breakfast was very good. I would stay again.

Great hotel situated in an old grand building nicely refurbished and renovated. The location can't be more central with plenty of restaurants and shopping. But to get there by car requires some effort as it's located in mostly pedestrian area and you have to get passage thru an entrance to the plaza closed by a telescopic column . We had to park on Rue de Voltaire and walk to the hotel for the instructions. And the front desk staff were just amazing. A young beautiful lady Manon walked with us to the plaza entrance, provided her credentials to the column operator to have it lowered, accompanied our car to their parking, and helped me driving thru the narrow gates. Very nice and helpful indeed! The room was good size with high ceilings, all new and shiny. Free parking was a nice bonus.

Wonderful experience! Since the booking, the hotel team has been extremely kind and did more than what was needed to accommodate our requests. The location is perfect, in the historical centre, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and the castle. The rooms are tidy and very clean, the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect: for tea lovers like me, it is so rare and such a pleasure to find tea pots and a good brand of tea, which were available here. There is also a beautiful piano in the lobby: if you are lucky as I was, you'll find someone play and sing. This hotel has a unique vibe, which is already calling me back.

Le personnel est aidant et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Cet hôtel est bien placé sur la Place Graslin. On peut visiter Machine de l'île et le chateau des duc de Bretagne à pied à partir de l'hôtel.

Personnel très arrangeant et chambre parfaitement calme.

An amazing luxurious place to stay! The staff was extremely helpful, the beds were wonderful and the room was available early which was so appreciated! Location was exceptional (we stayed in the one downtown) so easy to walk everywhere! I highly recommend this hotel for a special place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is very convenient to everything…restaurants, sights, shopping, transportation… The staff is amazing, professional, helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Nantes.
