Maison Albar Hotels Le Pont-Neuf

J'ai séjourné à la Maison Albar Spa Pont-Neuf en septembre, et c'était une expérience parfaite. Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil a été chaleureux et empreint de gentillesse. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et décorée avec goût. La piscine et le spa sont un véritable havre de paix, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Mention spéciale pour l'emplacement, idéal pour profiter de Paris : central, proche des principaux points d'intérêt, tout en étant au calme. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui fait tout pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Soggiornato in coppia in camera deluxe per 4 notti a ferragosto. Posizione fantastica, struttura eccellente , servizi sotto la media , colazione e personale di sala pessimi .

Our experience was amazing! The staff was wonderful, attentive, & personable throughout our entire stay. Being close to the Louvre and the Seine made it easy to walk to a numerous of areas - plus the closest metro station is less than a 3 minute walk away with others very close as well. We were able to do so much during our trip because it was easy to get around the city. Rooms and entire hotel were very clean - as a bonus the air conditioning was strong as well (better than most other places in Paris). This hotel was the perfect place to stay for our week long trip to Paris and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

after our precedent but unfortunate try of another Maison Albar, we’re back for our 4th stay here. We have to agree with some of the last reviewers. The welcome by the reception was poorly welcoming. Surprisingly we noted the ‘cold’ reception during most of our stay. Rooms start to show clear signs of use (and abuse) Our japanese toilet was not functioning at all and after our 3rd ´claim´we were offered to change room but it was too late. Most of the positives we found in our previous stays have gone… don’t know if because of saving costs policy o mere change of management & staff. Remains the location, but we cannot give credit to the Hotel management for this. Definitely far from a 5* experience.

Dieses wunderschöne Boutiquehotel in zentraler Lage unweit des Louvre überzeugt mit großzügigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern, einem schönen Spa-Bereich mit kleinem, aber feinem Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und Massagedüsen sowie einem Whirlpool und sehr freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel für einen Städtetrip wärmstens empfehlen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, sondern auf eine der mehreren umliegenden Boulangerien zurückgegriffen. Kostengünstig parken kann man im nahgelegenen Q-Park-Parkhaus Rivoli Pont Neuf.

The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from the Louvre, Île de la Cité, and great shopping spots like La Samaritaine, Uniqlo, Zara, and many more. The service makes you feel truly cared for throughout your stay. The only small downside is that the rooms are a bit compact 😅. The pool is an absolute pleasure to relax in. Everything else speaks for itself in the photos. ❤️

The location is very good but the service is appalling as the staff don’t really provide the basics tea and coffee in rooms unless asked. Water is only 1 bottle a day that too when asked. Swimming pool is cold and so is jacuzzi. Tiles in spa are loose , steam doesn’t work and tiles in bathroom are loose too

Les Halles 역의 편리함, 마레 지구의 낭만, 거기에 고급스러운 숙소를 원한다면 추천합니다. 에어콘 성능 너무 좋았고, 폭염 경보 속에서 잠시 쉬어가기 정말 쾌적하고 좋았습니다.

On a eu la chambre 002 - elle s’éteint l’égout. Sinon le lit est très confortable

Avis portant sur la qualité de la restauration Les desserts sont gourmands et en même temps peu sucrés, le service est irréprochable et plein d'attentions.

Un immense merci à Claudiane pour ce merveilleux massage. C’est une personne d’une grande douceur, très professionnelle et incroyablement attentionnée. Elle a su me mettre à l’aise dès le début et son massage m’a fait énormément de bien. Je suis ressortie complètement détendue. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance. Fantastic staff. Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and serviceable. Helped me out greatly when i lost my wallet and needed replacement cards.
